Festival of Sail at LA Fleet Week

Join the Los Angeles Maritime Institute (LAMI) for four days of tall ship sailing fun at the Downtown Harbor where 6th Street and Harbor Blvd meet!

In association with the Sherry Griswold Foundation, LAMI’s Festival of Sail at LA Fleet Week features four sails each day, including cannon battles, STEM-based educational sails and waterfront sails.

Stop by the TallShip Village just north of the LA Maritime Museum between 9am and 5pm each day for free deck tours and hands-on activities for kids and adults, including kid-friendly STEAM activities, historic reenactors, unique photo ops with pirate characters, sea shanty sing-alongs, knot tying, crafts, face painting and more!
